Using Flow
By using Flow, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 13 and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for your account and for activity under it.
Acceptable use
You may not use Flow to:
- break the law or violate another person’s rights;
- access systems or data without permission;
- distribute malware, spam, or harmful content; or
- interfere with or reverse engineer the service.
Your content
You keep ownership of content you provide. You give Flow permission to host, process, and use that content only as needed to operate and improve the service. You are responsible for having the rights necessary to provide it.
Our service
Flow and its software are owned by us and our licensors. We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. Third-party services connected to Flow are governed by their own terms.
Early-stage service
Flow is evolving and may contain errors or interruptions. The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties to the extent permitted by law.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flow will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill.
Ending use
You may stop using Flow at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk, or expose Flow or others to possible harm.
Changes
We may update these terms as Flow evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
